For products shipped within the USA, we guarantee safe delivery of our products right to your door.  If you ever experience difficulties in receiving our products, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.  We ship within 2 days of your order all products that are in stock.  If we are out of stock on an item, we will let you know within this time.  We ship by Post Office: First Class, Media Mail, and Parcel Post; and by UPS using any of their standard or expedited services as customers require. 

Open Billing:  We are pleased to extend open billing to Schools and Colleges, and Government Institutions that use our material in quantity.  Please contact us by phone to place your order. 

Limitations of Use: All our material is original — and copyrighted by The Danielle Adams Publishing Company, all rights reserved. License for use of copyrighted material (such as sales  letters and programs and so forth) passes to client upon full and final payment of bill.

Work for hire.  For custom writing and design we create for clients, title of copyright passes to client upon full payment of bill.

On-Line Delivery:
We do not add additional charges for e-books or other down loadable delivery.

None of your information having to do with your credit card number or Paypal account is seen - or processed directly - buy us.  E-Junkies sends us a notice of your purchase and lets us know if your download was successful.  A thank you notice is generated automatically, and we generally write to the purchaser and personally thank them for the purchase, supply an email for questions or comments, and a phone number in case they would like to speak with us directly for any reason.

If you sign up for our emails, we do not share this information with outside parties.

If you call us to place an order - we use our secure merchant account to enter your credit card and order information, then ship our books to you with our guarantee of safe delivery.  We use the information you provide only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
